Hi there, I'm Alice & I’M THE founder of ECILA Media. I kicked off my YouTube journey in 2012 at the tender age of 12, and since then, I've rolled out over 2000 videos. Through the ups and downs of my early YouTube days, I learned a lot, particularly from my channels and videos that didn't quite hit the mark. But I was determined growing up to make it on YouTube, learning everything I could about how to grow and never giving up over the last 10 years.
Fast forward to now, I've successfully grown four channels to over 25,000 subscribers each with a focus on authentic, long-form content. Recently, I launched a secret new channel, hit 1,000 subscribers, and cracked 100,000 views in just a month. It's not magic—it’s a strategy that works, and I'm here to share it with you so you don’t have to waste as much time as I did growing up.
AFTER APPLYING MY STRATEGY:
This channel was averaging between 20-100 views a day from January to June 2023, despite having 2000 subscribers. In July, I applied my new strategy, which saw the channel take off, gaining over 2M views and getting monetized in August.
This is only the beginning of its journey…
Starting in the sports niche, I've broadened my horizons, helping YouTubers in news, lifestyle, and business.
